維尼的由來
我們的維尼之所以叫做「Winnie the Pooh」，在「Winnie-the-Pooh」這本書的第一章裡有段相當可愛的說明：
當我（作者）聽到羅賓為它（泰迪熊）取的名字時，我問：「可是我覺得它是男生。」
「我也這麼認為呀！」羅賓說。
「那麼你就不能叫它『溫妮』。」
「我沒有！」
「但是你說……」
「它是『Winnie-ther-Pooh』，難道你不知道『ther』的意思嗎？」
「嗯哼，現在我懂了。」我很快地回答；同時我希望你也接受羅賓的說法，因為這是你能得到的唯一解釋。
